On March 26, Information Services announced a new storage limit of 100 GB per person for the UO Dropbox service. However, we're extending a temporary grace period to all users, so even people who exceed 100 GB of storage can continue to open, edit, sync and add files to Dropbox. Learn more in Around the O.

Microsoft Teams: As of April 1, 94% of the UO community is using the new version of the Teams app, called Microsoft Teams (work or school). Learn more about the new version in Around the O. Contrary to prior expectations by UO staff, the transition to the new Teams app has been gradual since February 14, rather than all at once. People still using the classic version of Teams may be prompted to switch in the coming weeks or possibly not until July 1.

Starting Wednesday, March 27, portions of the UO Service Portal will be under construction through September. Specifically, UO staff will be reorganizing the service catalog to make it easier to find what you're looking for. Some pages where you submit help tickets may be moved, retired, or renamed. Learn more in Around the O.
