After some planned routine maintenance last night (Friday, Jan. 10), Banner remained unavailable beyond the usual 7-9pm maintenance window — specifically, until 1:20am today (Saturday, Jan. 11). This morning, staff determined that last night's maintenance also had not succeeded. As of about 12:05pm today, the maintenance has been completed successfully. Banner users who were logged in between about 11:45am and 12:05pm today had their sessions terminated due to that unplanned maintenance work. Staff believe service has now been fully restored.
