Overview

Criteria for updating the service status
The service status will be updated if Zoom is experiencing a service degradation or outage. As this is a cloud-hosted service, more information about the status of Zoom is also available at https://status.zoom.us.
A new auto-deletion setting will apply to UO Zoom video recordings and transcripts starting November 24, 2025. Learn more about Zoom recording and transcript auto-deletion.
