Some users are receiving an error when trying to access OneDrive and SharePoint through the Microsoft app launcher. Microsoft is working to restore service.

The app launcher is used when you visit http://office.uoregon.edu, then click an icon to launch OneDrive or SharePoint.

Workarounds:

  • OneDrive files remain available when accessed via direct link. Users syncing files to their computer may also be able to access and upload files that way.
  • SharePoint sites remain available via direct link, such as https://uoregon.sharepoint.com/sites/YOURSITENAME.
