Microsoft Teams: As of April 1, 94% of the UO community is using the new version of the Teams app, called Microsoft Teams (work or school). Learn more about the new version in Around the O. Contrary to prior expectations by UO staff, the transition to the new Teams app has been gradual since February 14, rather than all at once. People still using the classic version of Teams may be prompted to switch in the coming weeks or possibly not until July 1.

Overview

Microsoft Office 365 encompasses a range of related services for university students and employees, including the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), OneDrive cloud storage, Teams, and others. Most of those services are accessible via office.uoregon.edu and also through separate applications for computers and mobile devices.

The ability for users to access and use these services through office.uoregon.edu and/or through applications on their devices.
