Specifically, UO staff will be reorganizing the service catalog to make it easier to find what you're looking for. Some pages where you submit help tickets may be moved, retired, or renamed. Info | Between about 2:00 p.m. yesterday (Tuesday, January 9) and 2:00 p.m. today (Wednesday, January 10), there was a problem processing email replies to UO Service Portal tickets. The backlog of replies from that time window has now been fully processed and associated with tickets. UO staff are investigating what caused the problem. |
