We're getting reports that some tickets won't load in TDNext, the UO Service Portal's technician view. Information Services staff are investigating.

This morning's (June 2) partial outage affecting the technician side of the UO Service Portal was resolved by 12:15 p.m., as reported by the vendor, TeamDynamix.

• The technician side of the UO Service Portal appears to be available again after an unplanned broad outage this morning (Monday, June 2) affecting many U.S. customers of TeamDynamix. The vendor ultimately rolled back the upgrade from this past weekend to resolve the issue.
• Users can access the UO Service Portal, log in, submit tickets, and view tickets and other pages. Earlier, those functions were also unavailable.

• The technician side of the UO Service Portal is unavailable this morning (Monday, June 2). This is a systemwide service degradation for TeamDynamix. The vendor has acknowledged the problem and is working to resolve it.
• Users can access the UO Service Portal, log in, submit tickets, and view tickets and other pages. Earlier, those functions were also unavailable. Some UO users are reporting that the UO Service Portal homepage is still slow to load.

• The technician side of the UO Service Portal is unavailable this morning (Monday, June 2). The vendor, TeamDynamix, has acknowledged the performance degradation and is working to resolve it.
• Users can access the UO Service Portal, log in, submit tickets, and view tickets and other pages. Earlier, those functions were also unavailable.

Login to UO Service Portal is currently unavailable. It's one of multiple services using Shibboleth for single sign-on that are impacted by an outage. Sites may present this error message instead of a successful login: "The application you have accessed is not registered for use with this service." Staff are working to restore service.
