The UO Service Portal is experiencing a partial service outage. It's not able to process email replies from customers, and this means IT technicians are unable to see ticket replies you send to them via email.
Community members who created their tickets while logged in with their Duck ID account have a workaround to add replies to tickets by using the UO Service Portal website:
Select the hyperlinked title of the ticket you'd like to update
Select the Comment button
Type in your reply, and then select Save

The technician side of the UO Service Portal appears to be available again after an unplanned broad outage this morning (Monday, June 2) affecting many U.S. customers of TeamDynamix. The vendor ultimately rolled back the upgrade from this past weekend to resolve the issue.
Users can access the UO Service Portal, log in, submit tickets, and view tickets and other pages. Earlier, those functions were also unavailable.

The technician side of the UO Service Portal is unavailable this morning (Monday, June 2). This is a systemwide service degradation for TeamDynamix. The vendor has acknowledged the problem and is working to resolve it.
