Service Description
Overview
- The UO Service Portal (service.uoregon.edu) is a website that includes a knowledge base and ticketing function.
- Students, faculty, and staff use the service portal to find and request help with technology and certain other UO business functions.
- IT staff and staff from certain UO business units respond to support tickets through the service portal.
Criteria for updating the service status
The ability for a user to successfully log in and perform actions, such as submitting help requests, within the UO Service Portal at service.uoregon.edu.
The UO Service Portal has an updated look and feel after an upgrade by the vendor on May 16.
