UO staff have emailed about 30 people who had files added or modified in their UO Pages (pages.uoregon.edu/<YourDuckID>) or UO shell server accounts on Tuesday, November 12, in the 6:04 a.m.–12:25 p.m. window. The email message provide guidances about how to access those files.

UO staff are planning to contact about 30 people who had files added or modified in the 6:04 a.m.–12:25 p.m. window yesterday (Tuesday, November 12) to their UO Pages (pages.uoregon.edu/<YourDuckID>) or UO shell server accounts. We will provide guidance about how to access those files.

UO staff have resolved the problem of data from the last year disappearing and reappearing. However, files added or modified 6:04 a.m.–12:25 p.m. yesterday (Tuesday, November 12) are still  unavailable to users. Staff are still working to make those files available.

We're receiving reports of some files being intermittently unavailable today (Tuesday, November 12). Specifically, data from the past year — from November 6, 2023, to the present — seems to disappear and reappear. UO staff are investigating.
