⁠Tomorrow morning (Friday, April 5), from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., UO staff will be performing emergency network maintenance during which people may experience momentary network interruptions.

We've received reports of intermittent network problems at multiple UO locations during the noon hour today (Thursday, April 4). UO staff are investigating.

The software for connecting to UO VPN — known as Cisco Secure Client (formerly AnyConnect) — should automatically update itself the first time you use it on or after Monday, March 11. If you get an error message, try restarting your computer. If that doesn't help, please submit a ticket at UO VPN support.

UO campus network services experienced an unplanned outage for several hours this morning (Thursday, Dec. 14). The outage was unexpectedly caused by planned maintenance early this morning. For information about other systems that were impacted, please visit the UO Alerts blog.
