The IDR Cognos upgrade this weekend was successful and the service is available for use. Please report any issues to the UO Service Portal.

IDR Cognos will be unavailable during an upgrade starting on Friday October 25th at 5pm until the upgrade is complete on Saturday, which we anticipate will be by 12pm.

IDR/Cognos is in a degraded state. Attempts to modify or run interactive reports may result in blank pages or errors instead of expected results. Information Services staff are working to restore service.
