Partially Unavailable | Update — Monday, Dec. 16, 5:01 p.m.: UO staff are in the process of reloading all Payroll data and most Finance data to catch up with Banner. The reload process is expecting to last into Wednesday, December 18. Reports with Payroll and Finance data will be unreliable until that process finishes. UO staff will notify IDR users when it's done. Student and AR data should be caught up after the regular nightly refresh. Anyone with questions can submit a ticket at Integrated Data & Reporting (IDR) - Cognos Help. |

Partially Unavailable | Some tables in HR, AR, and Student haven't received new data from Banner since Friday, December 13. That means some reports could have stale data this morning (Monday, December 16). UO staff are working to refresh that data. Please note that this issue may not be resolved today. |

Partially Unavailable | UO staff will be performing emergency maintenance at 10:00 a.m. to clear stuck jobs from this past weekend. AppWorx will be unavailable during the maintenance. After the work is complete, owners of weekend jobs should check the status of those jobs to make sure they're running normally. Jobs that started after 8:00 a.m. this morning (Monday, December 16) appear to be completing normally. |
