Information Services has become aware of problems with the auto-update process for the recent AppWorx upgrade. We've emailed AppWorx users and UO IT staff with new instructions for successfully installing the new version of AppWorx.

The AppWorx upgrade isn't working for some AppWorx users. Information Services is working on instructions for addressing the problem.

AppWorx users must now have version 9.5.1 installed on their computers in order to log in to AppWorx. The first time you launch AppWorx on or after March 11, the application should auto-update. If that doesn't work, please follow the guidance that Information Services shared with AppWorx users and UO IT staff.

This Friday, March 8, during the 7pm-9pm maintenance window, Information Services will upgrade AppWorx to version 9.5.1. During that time, AppWorx will be unavailable and jobs will be paused. Jobs will automatically run once the service is restarted. After the upgrade, AppWorx users must have upgraded software installed on their computers. Information Services will provide details by email to AppWorx users and UO IT staff.
