The UO Service Portal is experiencing a partial service outage. It's not able to process email replies from customers, and this means IT technicians are unable to see ticket replies you send to them via email.

Community members who created their tickets while logged in with their Duck ID account have a workaround to add replies to tickets by using the UO Service Portal website:

  1. Visit service.uoregon.edu
  2. Select the View My Tickets button
  3. If prompted, log in again with your Duck ID
  4. Select the hyperlinked title of the ticket you'd like to update
  5. Select the Comment button
  6. Type in your reply, and then select Save

Mailman (lists.uoregon.edu): Email sent to some Mailman lists was bouncing as Undeliverable for a period of time last week. The outage impact was felt from around 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 5, to Friday, June 6, at 8:30 a.m.

The outage impact was felt approximately Thursday, June 5, at 3pm until Friday, June 6, at 8:30am. This issue has been resolved. Any messages that were bounced can be resent to get delivered.
