We're receiving reports that some users are unable to access Microsoft Office 365 and Copilot on the web, such as office.uoregon.edu, office.com, m365.cloud.microsoft, and more. UOmail appears unimpacted. Information Services staff are monitoring while Microsoft is working to restore service.

Email lists: UO email lists on the Mailman service — @lists.uoregon.edu — are working normally again after problems that began Friday, March 6. 

  • Messages sent to lists on Friday, March 6, from around 8:00 a.m. to noon have been lost. Owners of affected lists were notified by email on Friday and encouraged to resend their messages, if appropriate.
  • Messages sent to lists between noon Friday and about 9:35 a.m. on Monday, March 9, were delayed. Those messages were distributed soon after 9:35 a.m.
  • Now messages are flowing normally.
