UO Guest issues

UO Guest experienced issues that prevented wireless users from accessing it starting late last evening (6/24/15). Service was restored at ~ 7:30 AM this morning, 6/25/15.

vcenter outage

At around 6am this morning, vcenter (management server for the UOCloud vm hosting service) stopped responding. Service was restored around 7:30am. Staff are investigating the root cause.

Lawrence hall network slowness (RESOLVED)

Lawrence subnet is experiencing a network slowness. NTS engineers are actively investigating the root of the problem. The slowness was caused by a malfunction device, disabling it cleared the problem. All the network services have been restored.

Jabber outage resolved

The Jabber instant messaging service outage was resolved around 8am.

The Jabber instant messaging service is currently unavailable. Staff are working to resolve the issue.
