Microsoft is reporting that users may be able to log in to OneDrive intermittently. In some cases, after signing in to the service, users are then unable to access their OneDrive content. As the issue is intermittent in nature, users may be able to reload the page or make another attempt successfully. As of 12:06pm PT, Microsoft was implementing a fix, and that some users still may be affected while that fix is deployed.

With that, the UO-related service degradations caused by the Amazon Web Services issues have now been resolved, as far as we know.
If you continue to have problems, please contact the Technology Service Desk (techdesk@uoregon.edu; 541-346-4357).
The following UO-related websites have recovered from the earlier service degradation:
- MyTrack (hr.uoregon.edu/mytracklogin)
- Blogs at UO Blogs with custom URLs in the format "sitename.uoregon.edu", including geography.uoregon.edu, polisci.uoregon.edu, and asianstudies.uoregon.edu
Canvas (canvas.uoregon.edu) has partially recovered. Although many users should now be able to access Canvas, there may still be areas of impaired functionality, such as uploading assignments, quizzes, and new content. UO staff are currently testing both Canvas functionality and the functionality of integrated third-party tools, including VeriCite.
All of the above issues were caused by a large-scale networking issue impacting Amazon Web Services that is not yet fully resolved. You may notice other websites that are still affected. If you have any questions, please contact the Technology Service Desk (techdesk@uoregon.edu; 541-346-4357).
