On Thursday, April 27 between approximately 12:00pm and 2:05pm, some of the software downloads on the IT website's Software Center (https://it.uoregon.edu/software/list) failed to work. When users attempted to download a file, they received a "Page not found" message.
Services were restored and should be accessible via all wireless and wired networks.
We're receiving reports that many people are unable to load Webmail (webmail.uoregon.edu) or the IT website (it.uoregon.edu). However, people are able to load those websites when using the UO Secure wireless network. Staff are working to restore service. In the meantime, if you need to access one of these websites, please try using UO Secure. (Alternatively, you may also be able to access the sites if you temporarily disable IPv6 on your wired network connection.) We're receiving reports that people are unable to log in to Office 365 at office.uoregon.edu. Staff are contacting Microsoft about the issue.

Staff are reporting that network access to servers and services in the Allen Hall Data Center are returning.
Staff are engaged to troubleshoot and restore service this morning in response to a networking issue in the Allen Hall Data Center. The scope of the impact is not entirely clear, but if you are experiencing network connectivity issues with servers, VMs, or storage in that facility, then this may be the cause.
