campus power work affecting various services (localized)

Services Restored

As of approximately 4:30 p.m. major services have been restored. Information Services is continuing to investigate causes and will send out a more detailed message along with any additional remediation steps as information becomes available. If you encounter any issues please email techdesk@uoregon.edu.

ITHelp

ITHelp is fully available.

ITHelp Intermittent

Access and functionality are partially unavailable.

Wiki

Wiki (wiki.uoregon.edu) is now available.

Appworx and ITHelp

Both Appworx and RT are now available.

Jabber

As of 2:18pm, the Jabber service was restored.

Storage and VM Hosting

The outage that began at approximately 1pm today (6/26/14) has affected both Storage and VMware hosting.

Staff have been notified and are working on the issue.

ITHelp and Jabber currently down

As of approximately 1:00pm today (6/26/14), the ITHelp and Jabber services are unavailable. Staff have been notified and are working on the issue.

Library website and catalog service interruptions

The UO Libraries website (library.uoregon.edu) and catalog search (librarysearch.uoregon.edu) may have service interruptions during cutover to a new integrated library system. Best current estimates are for brief interruptions during the morning of Friday, June 20. Exact time and duration of interruptions will depend on vendor data loading and testing.
