The campus voicemail system will be unavailble for short periods the evening of Thursday 11/13. We're working to address some voicemail notification problems, specifically with the ability to light the message waiting light on campus phones.
Services were restored at approximately 8:55m. Staff continue to work on this incident to investigate and reduce the chance of another service outage occurring in the short term.
Email and UO websites, including the UO home page and Blackboard, were out of service beginning at approximately 7:45am. The UO home page has now been restored. Staff are working to restore other services.
Received a call from Evan Kaufman in CASIT indicating that they have multiple customer facing servers down. Don't have more detail at this time.
Network service to Lokey Labs was restored at 9:22am. Staff replaced the network equipment that failed earlier in the morning.
A network device has failed, causing a network outage, mostly in rooms 76, 86, and 96. Staff are working to restore service.

Some users are reporting they cannot access files on files.uoregon.edu and staff are working to resolve the issue. In the meantime, use this work-around: Log out of that server and then log back in.
