The maintenance work includes moving data, and we are 89.5 percent through that process. We plan to let this step complete, verify the work, and return RT to service.
There was maintenance for RT scheduled from 6am to 11am this morning. That work is taking longer than planned. We now anticipate that RT will be available by 12pn (noon) today.
The RT (ithelp.uoregon.edu) service is unavailable. Staff have been notified and are working on the issue.
On 11-January-2014 from 8am to 8pm, the HEDCO Education building will be without power. This power outage will affect the network and many telephones in the building.
A local power outage in Portland caused a network outage to the OEMBA office in Portland between 3:55am and 10:50am this morning. Service has been restored.
The ECS network upgrade has been completed successfully.
On 11/25/2013 between 5pm and 6pm PST the network at ECS will be upgraded. During this time, the network will be unstable.
The Oregon Executive MBA network will undergo an upgrade on 11/25/2013 between 5am and 7am PST. During this time, there will be no network connectivity. This upgrade is expected to take 15 to 20 minutes. However, we may need the entire time to complete the work.
vCenter, the interface to manage virtual machines (VMs), is experiencing a service degradation. VMs are running, but you will not be able to connect and manage your VMs using vSphere or the web client. Staff are working on the issue. In the meantime, please use remote desktop or ssh to manage your VMs.
