Info

You should now be seeing the UO logo and colors in UO's Microsoft 365 web portal at office.uoregon.edu, and on the Microsoft login password screen you use to access Microsoft applications, UO VPN, and certain other UO services. If you're not seeing yellow and green in the Microsoft 365 web portal, you may have a different custom theme selected. You can choose the UO "Organizational theme" by visiting office.uoregon.edu, logging in if necessary, and opening Settings through the gear icon.

Microsoft Copilot with data protection: As of 5:45 p.m. on Thursday, August 15, Microsoft reported that a fix to the Copilot login problems was in the process of rolling out. We're hearing reports of people previously unable to login now being able to successfully log in.

Microsoft Copilot with data protection: Microsoft is working to address a service degradation for Copilot (copilot.microsoft.com). Although Copilot remains functional as a generative AI tool, some UO employees are unable to log in to Copilot, which means they're unable to access the data protections available when logged in. (Those data protections currently aren't available for UO students.) Workaround: UO staff have been able to access Copilot with data protection by accessing it through the Microsoft Edge browser after logging into Edge.
