Email replies to UO Service Portal tickets were working again as of 6pm yesterday (Wednesday, February 8) after a backlog that likely started earlier in the day. Backlogged replies have been processed and posted to tickets.

Staff are investigating a potential email flow problem. This means that replies to tickets sent via email may not getting posted to the ticket. The responses are not lost, however. They will get posted once the mail issue is resolved.

Replies that had been backlogged since the problem started yesterday (Tuesday, January 31) around 1:30pm have now been processed. If you responded to a ticket during that time, your reply has only just now appeared in the ticket for technicians to see it. New email replies are also being handled like usual.
