Customer email replies to UO Service Portal tickets currently aren't posting on the tickets themselves. UO staff are investigating the issue.

The technician view for the Service Portal is slow. The other services are functioning normally. 

The service portal is not responding, and the vendor has indicated there is an outage. 

The Service Portal was down or slow between 12:39pm and 1:21pm today (Monday, Aug. 15).

Beginning at 12:39pm today, the Service Portal stopped responding. Staff are investigating.
