The Duck ID Account Management website at duckid.uoregon.edu is experiencing an unplanned service degradation. People are unable to log in. They get the following error message: "Your request did not succeed. Please try again. If this persists, please contact the Duck ID Account Management administrator." The problem has occurred on and off since about 12:15pm. UO staff have enlisted the help of the vendor.

People are confirming that they can now log in again, but pages within the Duck ID site are taking a long time to load. UO staff have enlisted the help of the vendor.
