We're receiving reports of problems with the Duck ID Account Management website (duckid.uoregon.edu). Specifically, some people's sessions are timing out. They have reported the following error messages:

  • "Received a runtime exception []."
  • "Your request did not succeed. Please try again. If this persists, please contact the Duck ID Account Management administrator."

Other people appear to be using the website successfully. UO staff have enlisted the help of our Duck ID vendor to investigate and resolve this partial outage.

The Duck ID Account Management website at duckid.uoregon.edu did now allow people to log in between 12:15pm and 2:08pm today. The vendor has put a fix in place around 2:08, and users were able to log in after that time. UO staff are tracking performance to ensure the problem has been addressed.
