People are reporting that the Duck ID Account Management website (duckid.uoregon.edu) seems to be recovering from the problems it was experiencing earlier.

The Duck ID Account Management website (duckid.uoregon.edu) is experiencing an unplanned service degradation. People may experience extremely slow load times or 503 errors ("Service Temporarily Unavailable"). Our Duck ID vendor is actively working to restore service.

  • You may get a message saying you don't have two-factor authentication available even though you have a recovery email address on file.
  • You may get past the PIN/two-factor and security questions, but then never receive the popup window for choosing a Duck ID.
