Duck ID Account Management Degradation: Previously reported errors of "Sorry, you have not registered for two-step login or provided alternate contact information," and "Failed to launch external program []." have been resolved.

These impacts remain:

  • New employees and students entered into Banner between 6/18 - 6/20 will be able to claim their Duck IDs beginning 6/21.
  • New faculty for fall (appointment start date 9/16/24) who already claimed their Duck IDs will have UOmail and other service access beginning 6/21.
