Yesterday (Wednesday, Nov. 15), we reported that people who had received a new UO student record, employee record, or job record entered after Friday, Nov. 10, were unable claim their Duck ID accounts. That problem with Duck ID claiming has been resolved. People who had problems claiming their Duck IDs should try again now.

Specifically, people who've received a new UO student record, employee record, or job record entered after Friday, November 10, are currently unable claim their Duck ID accounts. This affects both new and returning students and employees. The vendor is working on the issue. We don't have an estimate of when it might be resolved.
