Automation to update the DuckDocs Users mailing list as users are added to or removed from DuckDocs was reactivated by mistake before being fully tested. We are working to correct the issue and are taking measures to ensure this doesn't happen again.

Please be assurred this is issue is related only to mailing list functionality and access to the DuckDocs application has not been affected.

We will send out communications once the issue has been corrected.

Automation to update duckdocs-users mailing list is malfunctioning this morning, resulting in unintentionally unsubscribing valid users and notifying them. This automation has been disabled while staff investigate the issue.

DuckDocs (OnBase) will be unavailable Thursday, Sept. 14, between 6:30 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. while UO staff perform the annual application certificate maintenance.

DuckDocs (OnBase) will be unavailable on Thursday, September 14th between 6:30am and 7am so that Information Services staff may perform annual application certificate maintenance.

DuckDocs will be unavailable from Friday, Sept. 8, at 7pm to Sunday, Sept. 10, at 8am while UO staff perform related maintenance.

DuckDocs data integrations were briefly unavailable just now (Monday, August 21) caused by a database connection issue.
