  • Teams degradation 1/26/24 (resolved): Microsoft Teams experienced an extended worldwide service degradation on Friday, January 26. That was resolved around 6:30pm Friday.
  • New Teams app: A new toggle button in Microsoft Teams allows members of the UO community to try out the new Teams app while it's in preview mode. A UO-wide switch to the new version will occur during winter term. Learn more in Around the O.

Teams Degradation Resolved: Microsoft declared this issue resolved around 6:30pm on Friday.

Informational: A new toggle button in Microsoft Teams allows members of the UO community to try out the new Teams app while it's in preview mode. A UO-wide switch to the new version will occur during winter term. Learn more in Around the O.

Partially Unavailable

As of 5pm Friday, Microsoft continues to work on restoring Teams functionality. An ability to load messages or media has been resolved, but other symptoms such as delays sending and receiving messages remain.

Microsoft is continuing work into the evening and expects conditions to continue to improve.
