UOmail and Microsoft 365 services are experiencing an incident. Users are unable to access these services, receiving a "504 Gateway Time-out" error when they should see the Duo prompt. Information Services staff are monitoring while Duo works to restore service.

You can now turn on read receipts in Microsoft Teams to let people know you’ve read their chat messages.

Microsoft Teams: Read receipts show when chat messages have been seen. Starting November 20, read receipts will be enabled by default to support clear, fast collaboration across the university.
