Info

EMS was successfully moved to Microsoft Azure, and all connections to the EMS service including desktop/web apps UO Maps, 7 Point, and Banner syncs have been tested. Issues remain with Room Signs (fix to be implemented the evening of August 14) and EMS for Outlook (vendor working on resolution) that we are working to address. Please let Theron Roe, the EMS Application Service Manager, know if you experience any additional issues with EMS or connected services.

All connections to the EMS service (desktop application and web) will have been tested and core functionality is fine after the switchover, including web and desktop booking, UO Maps, 7 Point, and Banner synchs. There are issues with Room Signs and EMS for Outlook (though the Outlook problem may be a different root cause) that we are working to address. Please let Theron Roe, the EMS Application Service Manager, know if you experience any additional issues with EMS or connected services.
