EMS will be intermittently unavailable from Wednesday, December 4 at 7:00 p.m. to December 5 at 4:00 a.m. while the vendor deploys a new version release for both web and desktop applications. Make sure you launch desktop EMS from the start menu (as opposed to a shortcut or taskbar) to ensure you get the updated client.

If you experience issues with the new version, please contact EMS administrator Theron Roe at troe@uoregon.edu.

EMS is applying a special release to fix the red text on the bottom of reports to our production environment August 20 from 7pm to 3am. Please let Theron Roe, the EMS Application Service Manager, know if you experience any issues  with reports after the fix.

EMS was successfully moved to Microsoft Azure, and all connections to the EMS service including desktop/web apps UO Maps, 7 Point, and Banner syncs have been tested. Issues with Room Signs and EMS for Outlook have been resolved as of August 15. Please let Theron Roe, the EMS Application Service Manager, know if you experience any additional issues with EMS or connected services.
