Several customers are experiencing slowness and random errors when attempting to complete work in EMS this afternoon (April 16). The vendor is investigating the issue.

The vendor has identified an issue affecting several customers after our latest release on February 12th and we will be performing an emergency maintenance Tuesday, February 18, from 7PM to 8PM.

The issue identified was causing severe slowness to the software, resulting in users stuck in a circling icon for long periods of time or getting messages of "not responding".

EMS will be intermittently unavailable from Wednesday, February 12 at 7:00 p.m. to February 13 at 4:00 a.m. while the vendor deploys a new version release for both web and desktop applications. Make sure you launch desktop EMS from the start menu (as opposed to a shortcut or taskbar) to ensure you get the updated client.
