The vendor is moving our EMS service to a new host (Microsoft Azure) from 1 to 9 am on Sunday, August 11. All connections to the EMS service (desktop application and web) will experience downtime during the move. Please let Theron Roe, the EMS Application Service Manager, know if you experience any issues with EMS or connected services after the move.

EMS may be unavailable for a period of time between 5:30 and 8:30 pm, July 10, while the vendor moves our database to a new SQL server. Please contact troe@uoregon.edu if you have any issues with access after work is completed.

EMS will be intermittently unavailable from Wednesday, May 29, at 6:00 p.m. to Thursday, May 30, at 3:00 a.m. while the vendor deploys a new version release for both web and desktop applications. If you experience issues with the new version, please contact Theron Roe at troe@uoregon.edu.

Regularly scheduled system maintenance will take place on Thursday, January 18 from 6:00 - 11:00pm PST. While the EMS maintenance window is for that whole time period, outages will only be expected for about 10-15 minutes.
