Staff are continuing to monitor the situation, but expect delivery conditions to continue improving through the day as a backlog of mail clears through our email systems. Any continuing delays are only impacting mail to and from external, non-UO addresses — including official UO mass emails. Internal email — from a UOmail address to a UOmail address — is delivering at normal speed. |

Those role accounts and their owners were notified on Tuesday, September 10. For those accounts, action is required to keep any saved messages from Webmail. Please submit a ticket ASAP for help moving mail to the new system. (If you don't need the older email, then no action is required.) After November 13, you will lose access to those messages. If you have any questions or need help, please submit a ticket at Email and Calendar Help, contact the User Support Services team or other IT team that supports your unit, or contact the Technology Service Desk. |
