New email messages continue to be processed like normal after the problems discovered earlier this week of some emails bouncing or being delayed. However, some of those delayed messages are still stuck in the mail queue as of today (Thursday, Sept. 21). UO staff continue working to fully resolve this problem, with help from Microsoft.

New email messages are now being processed like normal after the problems that were discovered yesterday (Tuesday, Sept. 19) of some emails bouncing or being delayed. However, some of those delayed messages still seem to be stuck in the mail queue. UO staff have made some further adjustments, and have also reached out to Microsoft.

UO staff believe they've solved the problem that was causing delivery of some email messages to fail (with a bounce) or be delayed. New email messages are now being processed like normal. Messages that were previously queued by the system are still processing, but mail flow is expected to return to normal by this evening (Tuesday, Sept. 19).
