AppWorx was restored around 1:05pm after emergency maintenance to address stuck jobs. UO staff believe the issue with those jobs has now been resolved.

AppWorx will experience another round of brief emergency downtime today (Monday, August 21) at noon Pacific time, for about 20 minutes. This work will once again address the stuck jobs, which weren't successfully cleared by the earlier restart. 

AppWorx was briefly unavailable just now (Monday, August 21) when UO staff restarted it to clear about 30 jobs that had been stuck since Friday evening.

AppWorx continues to have a problem with jobs appearing to be in progress even after they've finished running. UO staff will be consulting with the vendor about this issue again this morning (Thursday, August 3).
