UO staff were able to clear the stuck AppWorx jobs yesterday evening (Monday, Sept. 18). If you see jobs get stuck again, please submit a ticket at Banner support.

Although most AppWorx jobs are starting and finished as expected, some are still getting stuck despite today's (Monday, Sept. 18) emergency maintenance. UO staff have contacted the vendor for assistance.

UO staff will be doing emergency maintenance on AppWorx at 10:30 a.m. today (Monday, Sept. 18) to address some stuck jobs. The service will be unavailable for about 20 minutes at that time.

AppWorx will be unavailable from Friday, Sept. 8, at 7pm to Sunday, Sept. 10, at 8am while UO staff perform related maintenance. Any AppWorx job scheduled to run during this time will run after work is complete.
