Mac users who use Banner 9 may not see complete webpages. The vendor has confirmed this is an issue. Potential work-arounds to get the data to display are:

  • Changing the Tools > Page Layout setting to Expanded
  • Setting your monitor to the 1920x1080 resolution, if possible
  • Reloading the web page or resizing the window to be smaller sometimes will get the data to show

Today (Sept. 14) at 5:00pm PT, some but not all Banner users will get logged out of Banner. The workaround is to log back in to Banner and continue. Information Services' staff are working to replace failing equipment, and this change is needed to make that happen.
