IDR (Cognos) is currently unavailable. UO staff are working on the issue. Cognos users may see the following error messages:

  • After logging in: "The IBM Cognos gateway is unable to connect to the IBM Cognos BI server. The server may be unavailable or the gateway may not be correctly configured."
  • When trying to run a report: "DPR-ERR-2109 The dispatcher cannot service the request at this time. The dispatcher is still initializing. Contact your administrator if this problem persists."
