Service Status History

Staff have completed maintenance to resolve both the Cognos performance issues and the delayed data refreshes reported this week. We recommend re-running any reports that require data as of yesterday, Wednesday April 10.

We've received reports that Cognos is having performance issues. Reports may take a long time to run or not complete at all. Staff are engaged.

• Cognos (Prod) is currently experiencing an unplanned outage. Users will see an error stating "AAA-AUT-0013 The user is already authenticated in all available namespaces" when attempting to log in. Staff are engaged and investigating the issue.

• Cognos (Prod and Test) experienced an unplanned service outage this morning (Wednesday, January 3). If you see an "Internal Server Error," please relaunch Cognos in a private/incognito browser window.
• In addition, the data refresh for Student and Finance data wasn't completed until 9:30am today. We recommend rerunning any reports that require up-to-date data (through yesterday).
   

The Cognos outage is resolved. It was restored to service around 9:25am.
