Cognos is having an issue where it presents a second login screen that can be bypassed with your DuckID credentials, the same as the first login screen. We are investigating why this is appearing and hope to have it fixed soon.

Staff have completed maintenance to resolve both the Cognos performance issues and the delayed data refreshes reported this week. We recommend re-running any reports that require data as of yesterday, Wednesday April 10.

We've received reports that Cognos is having performance issues. Reports may take a long time to run or not complete at all. Staff are engaged.

• Cognos (Prod) is currently experiencing an unplanned outage. Users will see an error stating "AAA-AUT-0013 The user is already authenticated in all available namespaces" when attempting to log in. Staff are engaged and investigating the issue.
