Cognos is experiencing an unplanned service outage. Information Services staff are working to restore service.

Cognos will be unavailable due to critical overnight maintenance starting Friday, July 14, at 7pm. The work could last up to 18 hours, until 1pm on Saturday, July 15.

Some people were not able to log in to Cognos this morning before 9:53. Staff resolved the problem at that time. 

Some people are reporting the following error when trying to log in to Cognos this morning: "Invalid login response." UO staff are investigating the issue. Scheduled reports appear to be sending normally. Workaround: Try using a different browser.
