If you're still having problems with VPN after the Sept. 7 maintenance, please submit a ticket at UO VPN support or specialized VPN support, depending on the problem you're experiencing. Please provide the following information:

  • The profile you're using (UO VPN or one of the specialized profiles).
  • Destination hostname or IP.
  • Service (smb, etc.).

Most of this morning's (Thursday, Sept. 7) problems with VPN have now been resolved. UO staff continue working on a few localized problems. If you're still having problems with VPN and haven't yet submitted a ticket, please do so — at either UO VPN support or specialized VPN support, depending on the problem you're experiencing. Please provide the following information:

  • The profile you're using (UO VPN or one of the specialized profiles).
  • Destination hostname or IP.
  • Service (smb, etc.).
