Here's a summary of what to expect on Wednesday, Sept. 6, during power testing by Campus Planning and Facilities Management (CPFM)

  • UO's Eugene campus community should expect intermittent campuswide network outages. Network services will typically resume shortly after power has been restored.
  • Localized lingering network outages may occur if network devices fail. If so, Information Services staff will post notices here, on the IT Service Status website. Recovery from any such device failures will begin after CPFM issues its all-clear message (around 1pm), and could take a day or longer.
  • Please see the CPFM blog for the testing schedule and other details. This work was also announced in Around the O.
