Microsoft Teams call queues: Microsoft has acknowledgedunplanned problems with call queues in Microsoft Teams. Here's what people at the UO are reporting:
Call queue settings are missing from the Settings menu in the Teams desktop and mobile apps.
Toggling oneself on or off from the Calls tab of a call queue team doesn't stick. That is, it reverts to its prior state.
Changes to the call queue membership don't seem to update properly.

Microsoft Teams call queues: Some people at the UO are reporting problems with call queues in Microsoft Teams. Specifically:
