Partially Unavailable | Pages.uoregon.edu and shell server: UO staff have resolved the problem of data from the last year disappearing and reappearing from the UO Pages service (pages.uoregon.edu/<YourDuckID>) and the UO shell server. However, any files added or modified today (Tuesday, November 12) after 6:04am are currently unavailable to users. Staff are working to identify those files and make them available. |

Info | Partial Teams Calling Degradation: Earlier this morning, Teams Call Queues were unavailable. Callers were receiving a fast busy signal and unable to reach queues. Microsoft has re-routed impacted Teams Call Queue traffic to restore service while they work on the issue, which has resulted in queues being available for calls again. Information Service staff continue to monitor. Outlook Performance Issues: Earlier this morning, Microsoft Outlook was experiencing performance issues. Users may have found their Outlook clients to run slow or crash repeatedly. As of 11:45am, Microsoft has applied a configuration update to resolve this issue, but impacted users may still need to take an extra step to fix their experience:
