Some users are experiencing intermittent issues using Microsoft services. 

Known impacts include but aren't limited to:

• Sending and receiving email
• Many Teams functions, such as:
  • Making new chats and Teams
  • Managing membership of existing chats and teams
  • Incorrect presence or location information, and an inability to update those
• Searching in OneDrive and SharePoint
• Accessing service portals like Purview and the M365 admin center

Microsoft is working to restore service. They've acknowledged that this outage may be affecting all users in North America.

PaperCut Outage: PaperCut printing services have been restored. PaperCut experienced an outage from the early evening of Wednesday, December 10th, until mid-day on Thursday, December 11.
