Shibboleth single sign-on: Shibboleth SSO once again experienced a brief unplanned service outage this morning (Thursday, Oct. 19), lasting a few minutes. It was resolved at 11:11 a.m. Just like yesterday, people were getting the following error message when trying to log in: "A software error was encountered that prevents normal operation: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Connection pool shut down." |
