Duck ID login issues, update Monday (October 13) at 8:00am: Some accounts are unable to access some services like UOmail, Canvas and other Shibboleth single sign-on websites. Information Services staff are engaged in restoring services. 

If you're unable to use services, please create a ticket at the UO Service Portal. (The linked page will allow you create a ticket even if you can't log in. Please include your Duck ID username.)

Duck ID login issues, update Monday (October 13) at 8:00am: Some accounts are unable to access some services like UOmail, Canvas and other Shibboleth single sign-on websites. Information Services staff are engaged in restoring services. 

• Duck ID login issues, update Sunday (October 12) at 5:30pm: Some accounts are still impacted from a Duck ID login issue that began yesterday. They remain unable to access some services like UOmail, Canvas and other Shibboleth single sign-on websites. Impacted accounts are still in process of being repaired. Next update will be Monday morning (October 13).
   
• Planned maintenance, Sunday (October 12): Separately, some critical behind-the-scenes IT maintenance is scheduled for this Sunday (October 12), noon–3:00 p.m. During that time, a wide range of UO IT services may experience brief service interruptions.

• Duck ID login issues, Saturday (October 11): An issue with the Duck ID account system that was resulting in some users being unable to sign into services like UOmail, Canvas, and more has been repaired as of 3:15 p.m. All impacted accounts are now being reprocessed to correct their access, and this will take hours to complete. Staff anticipate it may be the evening hours before all access is restored.

We're receiving reports from multiple users that they're unable to access multiple services. Example services include UOmail and Canvas, as well as other websites that rely on Shibboleth for login. Information Services staff are working with our Duck ID application vendor to restore service.
