Email delivery problems: The issue with many official mass emails delivering to Junk folders has been resolved as of February 29. More information and recommendations on how to address mass email sending going forward is coming soon to university leadership and communicators.

  • Email delivery problems: Many official UO email messages are currently going to people's junk folders. UO staff are working on the issue. In the meantime, we recommend checking your junk folder daily for any such messages and reporting them as "not junk" in Outlook.
  • New email "Unverified" flag: People should no longer be seeing the "unverified" flag on emails after approximately 11:15am on February 28.
