Comment: We're receiving reports of errors from some people who previously had Zoom accounts registered with @uoregon.edu email addresses and tried to join the central UO Zoom service. Specifically, when trying to using SSO (Single Sign-On) as part of the account transition process, they get an error message that says "Something went wrong while you tried signing in with SSO." After that, the user is unable to use their Zoom account even with their old password. UO staff are investigating the issue. (Many other Zoom users have been able to join the central UO Zoom service successfully during the same time period.)
