Comment: EMS version 2020.1 released Wednesday, May 6. The desktop client should automatically update but if it does not, make sure you launch from Windows Start menu and not task bar or desktop shortcuts. Contact support via the UO Service Portal if you need any assistance.

Comment: To deploy a new major release, EMS will be experiencing some intermittent downtime on the evening of Wednesday, May 6 from 7 pm - 11 pm PDT. The application should update itself on launch Thursday morning for users and show "EMS 2020"in the application window. Contact support through the UO Service Portal if you have any issues after the update,

Comment: Desktop users are reporting that rooms are showing as available when they are not when using the wizard. The temporary workaround is to use the "Best Fit" method of scheduling. EMS is aware of the issue and will be releasing a fix on Wednesday evening, March 4 between 5-11pm PST. For about 15 minutes during the maintenance window, the system will be unavailable.
