Comment: Email replies to UO Service Portal tickets weren't being added to the corresponding tickets between about 6:40pm 11/14 and 9:20am 11/15. The queued replies have now been added to their tickets.

Comment: Email replies to UO Service Portal tickets currently aren't being added to the corresponding tickets, since about 6:40pm on Wednesday, Nov. 14. If you're getting help from a technician through the service portal, this means they may not have seen your new replies. If you're a technician, it means tickets are not reflecting new email replies. Staff are working on the issue. In the meantime, replies are queueing up and will be added to their tickets once this issue is resolved.

Comment: The UO Service Portal is experiencing an intermittent issue with email replies temporarily failing to be added to tickets. Whenever service comes back up (even briefly), the queued messages are correctly added to the corresponding tickets. This is related to the IMAP service degradation described above. Comment: The service portal is running so slowly that it is not working. We've received reports that other universities using this software are also experiencing the problem. Information Services staff are working with the vendor to restore service. No ETA is available yet.

Comment: People are once again able to log in to the UO Service Portal (https://service.uoregon.edu). For about 15 minutes just before 5pm today, people were unable to login.

Comment: We have received several reports from people who've been unable to log in to the UO Service Portal (service.uoregon.edu). When they click the "Sign In" link, a Web Login Service page loads with this message: "The application you have accessed is not registered for use with this service." People who are already logged in appear to be able to continue using the service portal. Staff are working on the issue.

Comment: The vendor behind the UO Service Portal has notified us that outgoing email delivery from the UO Service Portal has been delayed since around 12pm today (Sept. 14). This issue may be linked to an Amazon Web Services outage. Unsent emails will be queued and sent once the issue is resolved.

Comment: Between 9:20am on Tuesday, Aug. 29, and 12:05pm today (Wednesday, Aug. 30), the UO Service Portal (service.uoregon.edu) failed to add about 30 email messages to the corresponding service portal tickets. That is, when someone received a an email notification from the UO Service Portal and replied to it, that reply was not appearing in the ticket. This issue has now been resolved, and all of the failed email replies have been added to their tickets. That is, if someone receives a message from the UO Service Portal and replies to it, that reply is not appearing in the ticket in the service portal. Staff are working on the issue.
