Comment: The problem we reported earlier with form submission in DuckDocs (Perceptive) has been resolved. If you are currently logged in to Perceptive, please log out and log back in again before trying to submit any forms. If you attempted to submit any forms in Perceptive since around 11:45am yesterday (Tuesday, Aug. 6), please check the status of those forms. You may need to resubmit them now. For help with Perceptive, please submit a help request through the UO Service Portal at https://service.uoregon.edu/TDClient/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=19365.

Comment: The forms portion of DuckDocs Perceptive is unavailable. Anyone trying to load the GE ePRF form gets a spinning wheel and eventually an error. Staff are working on the issue.

Comment: This morning (7/15), some DuckDocs users are not able to log in, and some users are receiving the error, "Unexpected error communicating with ImageNow Server 'ecms.uoregon.edu' on port 6000." Staff are working to restore service.

Although users will still be able to log in to DuckDocs during that maintenance, we don't recommend using it during that time because some fundamental functions won't be working.

Comment: We received a report at 9:50am about login problems with DuckDocs. Users were receiving the message, "The network connection to ImageNow Server has been disconnected." The issue appears to have been related to maintenance at 7am-7:30am today (Friday, May 25). Staff restored service by 10:30am.
